Title: Brand & Creative Operations Manager

Reports to: Creative Director (Primary) & Director of Integrated Marketing (Secondary)

Experience Level: Mid-Level (5–7 years)

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and strategic Brand & Creative Operations Manager to serve as the backbone of our creative and marketing initiatives. This role bridges marketing, creative, and innovation work—ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to completion while maintaining brand standards across all consumer touchpoints.

You’ll be the central point of coordination between creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams, managing complex timelines, driving innovation projects forward, and personally maintaining the quality of our retail and eCommerce presence.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Project Management (65%)

  • Own end-to-end project management for creative initiatives including campaigns, product launches, packaging development, and digital content
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines using Gantt charts and project management tools
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, proactively problem-solve, and keep projects moving forward
  • Facilitate creative briefings, kickoffs, and status meetings
  • Manage creative asset trafficking and approval processes

Innovation Development Project Management (25%)

  • Lead end-to-end project management for innovation development initiatives from ideation through launch
  • Own and maintain project management workflows for all development projects, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and dependencies for product innovation
  • Coordinate between R&D, operations, marketing, and sales to drive innovation projects forward
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and critical path items to ensure on-time execution
  • Document processes and learnings to continuously improve innovation workflows

What You Bring

Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within creative, brand, or marketing environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and Gantt chart development
  • Experience working cross-functionally across creative, marketing, operations, and sales teams
  • Hands-on experience managing or updating eCommerce/retail content
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

  • Experience in CPG, consumer products, or retail brand environments
  • Background in or strong understanding of creative processes and timelines
  • Familiarity with innovation/product development workflows
  • Experience with brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity
  • Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and retail platform requirements
