Head of Marketing
Apply for this job

We're hiring our first Head of Marketing to build and lead the entire marketing function at a company coming out of Stealth. This is a true builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, product marketing, brand, and go-to-market strategy.

You'll partner directly with the founders to lead our rebrand and out-of-stealth launch while building the marketing engine that will power our next stage of growth. From performance marketing and customer acquisition to positioning, product launches, and brand strategy, you'll define how the company grows and how the market understands who we are.

This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy, stay close to execution, and build the team over time.

What You'll Do

Build the growth engine

  • Own performance marketing strategy across paid acquisition and demand generation.
  • Develop channel strategy, creative testing, measurement, attribution, and budget allocation.
  • Partner with internal specialists and external agencies to scale acquisition efficiently.
  • Build the systems that turn awareness into pipeline and customers.

Lead the company's launch

  • Lead the rebrand and out-of-stealth launch.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, website, launch campaigns, and GTM strategy.
  • Define how Fragile shows up across every customer touchpoint.

Own product marketing

  • Partner closely with founders and product leaders to translate complex products into clear, compelling stories.
  • Build positioning, messaging, launches, customer education, and sales enablement.

Help build the brand

  • Shape the company's narrative.
  • Prior experience in PR is helpful but not required.

You might be a great fit if...

  • You've built or scaled growth marketing at a high-growth startup.
  • You have strong performance marketing instincts and know how to think about acquisition, experimentation, and measurement.
  • You've partnered closely with founders on positioning, product launches, and GTM strategy.
  • You're equally comfortable discussing CAC and creative testing as you are brand positioning and messaging.
  • You enjoy building from scratch and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • You've hired teams or are excited to build on
