About The Role
We're looking for a Director of Digital Marketplaces who will lead the strategic growth and performance of OneSkin's marketplace ecosystem across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms. This person will own marketplace channel P&Ls, including achieving revenue and contribution margin targets, and overall contribution to the broader company revenue strategy. This person will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, performance oversight, and cross-functional alignment, while managing agencies responsible for day-to-day operations, optimization, and media execution. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, analytical depth, and operational rigor with a passion for longevity and brand storytelling.

Compensation Range: $170,000–$190,000
Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
