Role Overview
Adapt Naturals is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition execution across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. This person will translate growth strategy into a disciplined tactical roadmap, managing campaigns, creative deployment, and testing with precision and minimal oversight. They will serve as the analytical hub of the growth team. They will maintain best-in-class reporting infrastructure, proactively surface performance risks and opportunities, and collaborate with Creative and CRO to build data-driven testing hypotheses. They will understand how media buying decisions flow through to CAC, LTV, and business-level profitability, and will ruthlessly prioritize tactics that move those numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a hypothesis-driven paid media tactical roadmap across Meta and additional channels (such as SEM, Shopping and YouTube)
- Manage day-to-day campaign optimization with minimal oversight, proactively identifying performance risks and opportunities
- Partner with the Creative Strategist to build and run a creative testing program, including budget allocation and testing cadence
- Maintain diversification discipline across ad accounts and partnerships to avoid over-concentration risk
- Partner with the Director of eCommerce on a CRO and landing page testing agenda for paid channels
- Own a recurring audit of martech and data signal health, including pixel health, event match quality, audience quality, and UTM/attribution hygiene
- Own and maintain the paid acquisition portion of the marketing dashboard, and deliver a weekly performance narrative explaining the why behind metric movement
- Provide regular updates on campaign optimization decisions to the Head of Growth
- Maintain SOPs, a centralized asset library, and a testing-learnings repository
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You take initiative and ownership of your work
- You live by the phrase “test, don’t guess,” and you value objectivity over dogma
- You learn fast and execute faster
- You prefer communicating in written form on your own schedule
- You do your best work independently but know when to ask for help
- You respond well to constructive feedback and are capable of providing the same
- You enjoy very lean operations for businesses that prioritize profits efficiently
- You’re a team player and easy to work with
- You’re excited to work for a business dedicated to helping people get healthy, and you care about your own health
- You enjoy periodic on-site meetings with outdoor activities and phenomenal farm-to-table meals
You’ll hate this role if:
- You’re accustomed to “managing the work” rather than doing the work
- You need constant direction and guidance in solving problems
- You love job titles, clearly defined career paths, large teams, regular meetings, and other features of working in a big company
- You prefer in-person communication or calls to “chat things through” instead of asynchronous communication
- You thrive on predictability and doing the same tasks over and over
- You have a strong ego and don’t respond well to feedback
- You follow an exclusively plant-based diet. (We sell animal-based products like organ supplements; our founder is well-known in the Paleo/ancestral community.)
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience working hands-on in Meta running new customer acquisition campaigns at/for D2C subscription-based brands (required).
- Proven track record of launching and growing new channels outside of Meta (SEM, Shopping, affiliate, influencer, TikTok, YouTube, podcast, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated history of collaborating internally to develop and deploy creative and CRO roadmaps with regular feedback loops
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for health and wellness
- Ability to work independently remotely while staying highly organized and results-oriented
- Experience in the supplements or CPG industry is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel to Bend, OR, 3 to 4 times per year for on-site meetings
