About the Opportunity:

Our client is a leading consumer fintech brand known for making financial peace of mind accessible to everyday Americans. They're looking for a skilled contract designer to own internal and communications design — from executive-level All Hands presentations to in-office activations and swag that bring their culture to life. This role is based in their San Francisco HQ Monday–Thursday and requires someone who can move fast, operate with discretion, and bring a polished aesthetic to everything they touch.

What You'll Do:

• Design and produce executive-level All Hands presentation materials in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring a consistent, on-brand visual experience
• Concept and execute internal office activations, including signage, environmental graphics, and event collateral
• Manage swag design and production coordination, from ideation through vendor delivery
• Create motion graphics and animations to elevate internal communications and event experiences
• Partner closely with People, Comms, and Executive teams on tight timelines and confidential materials

What's Required:

• 5+ years of experience in a creative or in-house design role, with a strong portfolio of presentation and communication design
• Exceptional Google Slides and/or PowerPoint skills
• Motion design experience with After Effects or similar tools
• Experience designing for print, swag, environmental, and event contexts
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and project management tools

• Experience developing, editing, and animating videos
• Experience filming internal comms such as interviews, special events, office spaces, and press moments
