Our client is building a super app that brings together prediction markets, collectibles, and social casino into one platform. We’re looking for people who understand how to build culturally relevant brands and can bring a strong point of view to what the brand becomes.

This person will sit at the intersection of creative, growth, and influencer content—continuously identifying opportunities to turn existing assets into stronger-performing ads and will own the quality, volume, and performance of creative across paid digital channels including Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube.

What you’ll do

  • Own the paid-social creative quality bar and creative-testing pipeline.
  • Monitor competitor activity, platform trends, and high-performing formats; adapt relevant ideas with the brand's own perspective.
  • Source and assemble assets from influencer content, paid shoots, static ads, memes, clips, and other available content.
  • Develop and ship new ad variations at high velocity, then test performance against existing creative.
  • Partner with influencers and internal teams on production days to ensure usable paid assets, including raw footage and B-roll.
  • Help connect centralized creative resources with channel and program needs across the business.

What they’re looking for

  • Strong instinct for what performs in paid social and why.
  • Experience translating cultural moments, talent content, and existing assets into performance-focused creative.
  • Comfortable working hands-on: spotting opportunities, briefing work, shaping edits, and getting assets live.
  • iGaming experience is not required; interest in the category and motivation to work in it are important.
  • Backgrounds in performance marketing, creative strategy, paid social, growth creative, or adjacent consumer/entertainment categories could be relevant.
  • Experience building creative frameworks, testing structures, or tone guidelines that other people can use without constant guidance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you're expected to figure things out without a detailed playbook
  • (Plus) Background in sports, crypto, fintech, or prediction markets
