Overview

The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Creative to shape the big ideas, creative platforms, and storytelling that power our commercial marketing. This role drives conceptual rigor across global campaigns and modern marketing expressions; from high‑visibility brand moments to social‑first and creator‑led storytelling; ensuring we shows up with clarity, ambition, and cultural relevance.


This leader brings deep cultural fluency and modern marketing experience, with demonstrated capability across creative work spanning out‑of‑home, high‑impact brand storytelling, social, digital, and creator‑driven formats. They have experience working across the full spectrum of audiences, from Business to Business (B2B) decision‑makers to Business to Consumer (B2C) consumers, and understand how to adapt creative ambition, tone, and craft accordingly. Blending conceptual rigor, cultural intelligence, and contemporary creative leadership, this role inspires ideas that are emotionally resonant, strategically grounded, and designed to scale. You will lead creative teams and agency partners from idea through execution, setting a high bar for thinking while building frameworks that allow ideas to travel across our commercial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative vision and conceptual direction for our commercial marketing across integrated campaigns and social- and creator-adjacent work.
  • Establish and evolve big ideas, campaign platforms, and narrative systems that scale across regions, channels, and formats while maintaining conceptual integrity.
  • Lead creative ideation and concepting grounded in audience insight, business priorities, and modern technology storytelling.
  • Guide creative expression across global campaigns, social-first content, and creator collaborations in partnership with channel-owning teams.
  • Translate cultural trends, audience behaviors, and platform dynamics into clear, differentiated creative direction.
  • Partner closely with brand, strategy, social, creator, strategy and product marketing leaders to ensure ideas are cohesive and extensible.
  • Partner with creative strategy to design campaign architecture and parameters for success.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative talent, including creative directors, writers, and art directors.
  • Oversee work done both in house and with external partners.
  • Set and uphold the creative bar with agency partners from pitch through delivery.
  • Champion modern creative workflows, including AI-assisted ideation and experimentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience


Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 4+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles focused on conceptual development and integrated storytelling.
  • Experience developing ideas and campaign platforms.
  • Experience leading creative work across large-scale, integrated marketing efforts.
  • Agency leadership and partnership experience.
  • Experience with a technology brand or complex product category.
  • Experience translating complex products into clear, human stories.
  • Experience leveraging AI and modern creative tools.
  • The ability to provide a portfolio of relevant work for review
