We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to own Dion’s brand and growth engine, from city launches and cultural moments to influencer strategy, campaigns, and storytelling. If shaping a category-defining consumer brand excites you, let’s talk.

💻 Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead Dion’s marketing strategy across cities: brand, social, influencer, partnerships, and growth.
  • Launch high-impact campaigns that create cultural moments and make Dion impossible to ignore.
  • Own Dion’s influencer + creator programs at scale, from micro activations to headline partnerships.
  • Build UGC and social media playbooks across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Craft and oversee city launch strategies, ensuring every Dion launch hits with impact.
  • Partner with product to ensure brand and growth loops are built into the app experience.
  • Track performance, ROI, and cultural trends to double down on what works and pivot fast.
  • Lead and grow a small but mighty marketing team, agency partners, and freelancers.

🚀 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–8 years of marketing or social media leadership in consumer tech, marketplaces, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of building brands people talk about and love.
  • Experience across growth and brand marketing — you can balance creative instincts with data-driven performance.
  • Deep fluency in social media culture (TikTok, Instagram, emerging platforms).
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, and cultural partners to drive growth.
  • A knack for storytelling and positioning — you can make even niche product moments feel cool.
  • You’ve taken something from 0 → 1 → 100 (city launches, apps, communities).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to scale a marketing function
