Head of Styling


About the Role

The Head of Styling is responsible for defining and leading the brand’s styling vision across all visual outputs. This role ensures that styling consistently reflects the brand identity, seasonal direction, and commercial objectives, while elevating product storytelling and desirability.

Working closely with the Chief Creative Officer and Creative Director, as well as the Creative, Design, and Marketing teams, the Head of Styling oversees all styling execution—from campaigns and e-commerce to social and editorial—ensuring cohesion, quality, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

Styling Direction & Brand Consistency

  • Define and evolve the brand’s styling aesthetic in line with overall brand and creative direction.
  • Ensure styling is consistent across campaigns, e-commerce, social, PR, and retail assets.
  • Act as the authority on fit, proportion, layering, and styling detail.

Campaigns & Shoots

  • Lead styling for seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and editorial shoots.
  • Oversee styling for e-commerce and product photography, ensuring clarity, desirability, and conversion.
  • Partner closely with photographers, art directors, and set designers to bring concepts to life.

Product & Collection Styling

  • Work with Design and Product teams to understand collection intent, key looks, and hero pieces.
  • Develop outfit builds and styling narratives 
  • Ensure styling supports both creative storytelling and commercial priorities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and mentor in-house stylists and freelancers.
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of external stylists and assistants.
  • Set clear standards, workflows, and expectations for all styling outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Image, Creative, Marketing, PR, and Social teams to deliver aligned visual content.
  • Provide styling direction for influencer and talent partnerships.

Planning & Operations

  • Own styling budgets, shoot schedules, and resourcing plans.
  • Ensure smooth execution across multiple shoots and deadlines.

Trend & Cultural Awareness

  • Stay informed on fashion, cultural, and styling trends while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Bring fresh perspective and innovation to styling without compromising the brand DNA.


Key Skills & Experience

  • 7–10+ years of styling experience within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Senior-level experience leading styling for campaigns and e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of fit, fabrication, proportion, and fashion trends.
  • Proven experience managing teams, freelancers, and complex shoot environments.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to balance creativity with commercial needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
