Location: San Francisco | Hybrid Onsite, in office 3-4x/week

Pay $70-75/hr.


As a member of the production team, you'll manage day-to-day production and help shape the paid media direct response playbook and processes that enable this fast-growing fintech leader to scale with speed, efficiency, and excellence.


  • Serve as the Line Producer for our client's Growth line of business, owning all production from brief through final delivery across paid social, video, display, and UGC.
  • Manage production budgets for all Growth campaigns, tracking actuals against estimates and reporting variances to the Executive Producer in real time.
  • Develop and maintain shooting and post schedules that support a high-volume testing environment.
  • Break down creative briefs to assess production requirements — crew, talent, locations, post — and develop cost-efficient production plans that meet performance goals.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with production vendors, freelance crew, casting partners, and post houses.
  • Apply and evolve the team's campaign playbooks to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively problem-solve to keep campaigns on track.


To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative production, with a strong background in performance marketing, digital media, or growth-focused campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns across paid social, display, video, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of digital production workflows, media specs, and performance-driven creative testing.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with media, marketing, and analytics partners.
  • Excellent communicator and problem-solver who can balance creative ambition with operational rigor.
  • Agency and/or in-house production experience strongly preferred.
