About the Role 

This position sits on the Photos pod within the Catalog team. You will directly support the Photos Manager by helping scale the team’s photoshoot program. 


The main responsibilities include: 

Communicating with Account Managers, Merchants, and Vendors to schedule photoshoots 

Analyzing inventory data to prepare photoshoot shot lists based on item availability across store locations 

Managing day-of logistics and communication with photographers and Merchants for photoshoots 

Leveraging AI tools and software for photo processing and cataloging in our internal photos database 

Uploading photos to our customer-facing catalog

Develop our photoshoot processes by leveraging a variety of tools and software (ie. SQL, Cursor, Google Scripts) to automate tasks and track results 

Analyze inventory datasets using SQL to make data-driven decisions for photoshoots. 

Examples include creating priority items lists (based on item views and sales data) and preferred store locations (based on inventory levels) 

Create operations playbooks that document photoshoot processes and lessons learned

You are an operator. 

You have experience in project management, operations management, or customer success, and can use that experience to create and manage new processes 

You are analytical. 

You are comfortable using SQL queries across multiple data sources and have experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools 

You have 2+ years of experience. 

You’ve succeeded in high-performing cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups or a related experience). 

You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree.
