Lightfield Brand Designer

Lightfield is a new kind of CRM that assembles itself from all of your customer interactions — so teams never lose context, never miss a follow‑up, and actually learn from every conversation. It’s an intelligent, autonomous system built around how your team actually works, not rigid workflows or data entry.

Over time, Lightfield helps you construct a living model of your customers — not just a record of past interactions, but a representation of how they think, decide, and behave. By synthesizing conversations across email, meetings, and calls, Lightfield enables teams to reason about how to serve their market without losing the nuance that actually closes deals.

Lightfield is backed by Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue. The team previously built Tome (25M+ users), and before that worked on Llama, Instagram, Messenger, Pinterest, Google, and Salesforce.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape how Lightfield shows up across the entire customer journey, from first impressions to small details in the product.

You’ll work directly with leadership, collaborate with external creative partners, and ship work with real ownership — small team, no layers.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, maintain, and evolve Lightfield’s visual identity and brand systems
  • Ship high‑fidelity work across:
  • Website: page refreshes, editorial content, new landing experiences
  • Launches: campaign identity, film/video, paid ads
  • Community & events: swag, printed materials, experiential/spatial design
  • Social & email: evergreen systems, announcements, campaigns
  • Partner with go‑to‑market, product, and leadership teams to align creative work with business goals
  • Leverage new technologies (Cursor, Midjourney, etc.) to prototype and ship production‑grade work
  • Collaborate with external production and creative partners on larger‑scale projects

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in brand design, ideally at a tech company
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and composition
  • Systems‑oriented — able to build and scale design systems thoughtfully
  • Comfortable with web design and how HTML/CSS/JS works (or eager to learn)
  • Autonomous — you need very little guidance and thrive in fast‑paced environments
  • Curious about AI and experimenting with new tools to augment your work
